Not all Starbucks are the same, each one is a reflection of the staff, some good some bad. This one is good, each of the staff at this location is very friendly and warm. Especially Hannah, she has an Aura about her, allot like logo of Starbucks. I wonder if her significant other has ever thought of getting a tattoo of the Starbucks logo with the likeness of her face. That would be cool, well the art part. I personally don't approve of tattoos so maybe a mural. Thanks for the great service even in the drive thru. I was in the obnoxiously loud Diesel truck.

I don’t know what is different about this starbucks, or if it’s ran by different people from the other starbucks in corpus christi but this one is CONSTANTLY understaffed. I always like to come in around 12/1 pm on my lunch break from work and everytime i’ve come it’s always only 2 people with 1 in the back. I’ve observed the multiple days I have come and what I see is always one person making drinks multitasking other things bagging some orders. The order handles the drive through and getting food I believe. Why is it always 2 people running this store? Who allows this? Some days there is a wait other days there isn’t, I really love coming to this starbucks because my drink is always made perfect unlike the other starbucks, and the customer service is on point i’m always greeted everyday. The food here is really great too always perfect temperature. Also frequently out of the grilled cheese which is my favorite. Overall this starbucks is a 4/5, just wish they would have more staff so it would have more help. I’m a manager at a different establishment and would never understaff my employees to keep the most profits while they constantly struggle. Do better.

I usually enjoy Starbucks, but my experience at this new location was really disappointing. The drink itself tasted off, almost like soapy water mixed with spoiled milk, and it felt like it was poorly made and rushed. On top of that, being prompted to tip before even receiving the drink, especially tipping $5 on a $5 drink, felt excessive. My issue isn’t with Starbucks as a whole, but specifically with this new store and the quality of the drink I received.

I was disappointed with my drinks this evening at this location. I ordered an Iced White Chocolate Mocha and a Iced Vanilla Cream Protein Latte, both tasted like water. Unsure if they were laking experience due to it being a new store or just in a rush to get out of there. I wanted to confirm they got my order right and no order stickers were on my cups. Very disappointed 😞

EDIT: FIX YOUR WIFI! :( Everyone on staff is really nice! Im glad we finally have a Starbees on this side of town. Its small and cozy inside. Love coming in and working on computer or journal. Drive thru is a good ltoo Only thing is the seating tables are on the small size and can feel squished and hard to get in and out. Nothing major. The outside is seating is nice, unfortunately since location is by freeway its loud and not peaceful outside. 😢 Still 5 stars tho. Service is good. Place is clean.
